As we all learned to navigate a new normal with the emergence of COVID-19 and a global pandemic, energies moved toward spending studio time making face masks. Some to share with the medical community at a time when proper PPE was in short supply, some to share with Oregon Food Bank and their volunteers as they continued to serve the community, and some to share with friends and neighbors.

Also, all of you Pacific Northwesterners.... come out to see my booth as well as 20+ other artists/artisans at the 2nd Annual Art in the Rose Garden event held at Peninsula Park Rose Garden in N. Portland on Sunday August 21, 11am - 4pm!

** St. Johns Bizarre went swimmingly! We had a lovely day, great crowds, excellent company and received many compliments (always nice to have the ego stroked just a bit). Keep checking back to learn at what other fairs and venues I'll be turning up!

April 2015

SbS is slated as one of the vendors at this year's St. Johns Bizarre in the North Portland neighborhood of (can you guess it?) St. Johns. The event will be held on Saturday May 9, 2015 (the day before Mother's Day) right in the heart of the business district of this neighborhood off of Lombard St. It is sure to be a great collection of crafts, music, food and of course people-watching!
